Customer satisfaction and food safety are cornerstones of our business, and we take great care to ensure that all of our products are produced following our documented Food Safety and Quality Program.  To ensure that our program is robust we’ve designed our food safety and quality program using HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) techniques.

This commitment is backed up by our certification by SAI Global of our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Program and Good Manufacturing Practices. We are certified to Codex HACCP by SAI Global.

We maintain our Food Safety Program and premises in accordance with all legislative requirements (as described in the Food Act 1984, FSANZ Food Standard Code and trade measurement legislation). Furthermore, we continually seek to improve our operation through training and development and by continually reviewing our systems and procedures.

Our directors, management, and staff all fully support our Food Safety and Quality Program (including our HACCP Plans) and are committed to the continuous improvement of our food safety and quality standards.

Cottage Cheese Farm is also accredited as a manufacturer of certified halal cheese and yoghurt.
