Sweet Cheese from Cottage Cheese Farm is a mild, stretchy cheese used widely in Middle Eastern cuisine. When heated, it melts into a soft, gooey, stringy texture, making it ideal for traditional sweets such as Halewet el Jibn, Halewet el Riz, Katayef and Knefe. As it’s an uncooked cheese, some customers also melt and set it to create their own signature blends.
